Food and more

I cook every day. I do breakfast, then something for lunch, to take to my job, and of course for dinner ( but it's hard to call this dinner, it's not usual big dinner as lot of people like to eat). My eating routine is different, I eat a lot at the morning and at the day, and very little or nothing at the evening ( just, because I come after work late). I am experimenting with food ( but not as much as I would like to).

I think that I have mentioned before, that I became vegetarian and working on becoming vegan. But don't be confused, if will find some recipes with meat. It's because I have some very good recipes and videos how to make them, for those who still eat meat, so I will put them some day. 

Returning to now days.
If anyone remembers, I showed picture of cup cakes not long time ago. And now I would like to post how I made them. So here you go:
1. Take 5 apples ( those you have and you like) Peel them, take of seeds and sutarkuoti with thin grater.

2. Put 4 spoons of corn flour.

3. Cin amon ( depending on how much you like it). I put 2 tabl. spoons

4. If you have sour apples, put something to sweet them. I recomend maple or agave syrup. I haven't used any of that, because I use sweet apples.

5. Mix everything, put the mass into formeles and bake.

Just because my oven is very old, I can't say exact temperature and time of cooking. But it took for me about 40 min. and I think, that 200 C will be enough.

If you want you can put chocolate on the top.



Vegetarian chili


3 weeks ago I put on Instagram a photo of vegetarian chili , which I made at home and I was asked to write a prescription. Specific quantities of what exactly put in it I can not write , I did it basing my imagination, "by eye " , as we say . So my advice would be : put as much as you want , it all depends on how many people you want to feed 


So there it comes:

  • Potatoes
  • Carrot
  • Green lentils
  • Can of chickpeas
  • Champignons
  • Red pepper
  • Chili pepper (depends on how hot you want it to be)
  • Tomato pasta
  • Salt
  • Spicy hot paprica

First, peel all the ingredients ( carrots, potatoes and pepper). Cut them in the chunks ( I cuted in cubes but you have free imagination). Chilli I cuted in to small rings and left with all seeds. Put potatoes, carrots in to boiling water and boil until they are soft, but not done yet. Then take out some of water you boiled you vegetables in, put all other ingredients (except champignons, I put them just before turning the heat of) and boil a little more, until all the flavors spray out.

I am absolutely lazy

Because I promised to write every weekend and see what I am doing again, writing after so so so long time. It's not be because I am lazy, I thing it's just because I don't have talent to write, it's fairly difficult to me and for this reason I am pushing this to the next ant to the next day and so on.
But I just kicked to my self and decided to tell you all the things that happened in this time.

For my mums birthday I decided to take her to the sea and to have relax weekend at spa hotel. Our weekend started by visiting Palanga (one of most popular beaches near Baltic sea). We went to say hi for sea and after that decided to visit cafeteria (to get warm, because weather was cold and very windy). I like the place where we went (it calls "Floros simfonija"), not because of good food and nice service, but also because of wonderful surroundings inside and outside.

After that we went to the hotel ( "Amber SPA"). First look was great . The hotel is new and located in a fantastic natural place , just a few hundred meters from the beach. The room still smelled of new furniture and of course always nice when it's clean . We got a room with a wonderful view of the pine forest and dune.

In the territory and on the way to the beach, there are many sculpture. They are very original and fits perfectly. So, we visited all of them, then we spent about 1 hour on the beach and then had a great time in the pool and massage, and sauna.

For the next weekend I went to the seaside again 



And the reason for travel was a birthday of the organisation, where I work. Our entire team went to the theatre, and then had a long night at the restaurant. When going to sleep, where we stopped to see the city of trees, and the next day we spent a beautiful sunny day at the beach.
