I know lot of people say: "I don't have time for breakfast". It's the worst thing you can think about. We need to eat breakfast, because during them you get energy for at least half of the day.
So I decided to give you one very easy to make recipe. You can prepare everything before the night, put in a jar or box lunch and enjoy during your trip to work. Do not hesitate to eat on the train, on the bus or ect. , Keep in mind, you should be concerned only to eat and get a lot of building materials.
So there is the recipe
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 2.5 tbl.s. chia seeds + incomplete cup of milk
(I use coconut milk) - Oat flakes
- 0.5 a.s. maca powder
- maple syrup acording your taste
Chia seeds to prepare in the evening. They stayed overnight in the refrigerator , and in the morning had a great pudding .
Oat flakes pour with warm water just awake , but they can be soaked from evening . After cutting all fruits downed the remaining ingredients and everything mixing.
