Water


As we all know, the recommended human daily doses to drink - at least 2 liters of water (except raw vegans who gets a lot of water with fresh vegetables and fruit). When I say water, I mean fresh water: tea, coffee, juice, various drinks do not count.



Anyone who tried to fulfill this mission seemed to agree that it is really hard to drink enough water  (not talking about a hot summer day when very thirsty). If you are a busy person, have a lot of work, or simply do not remember the need to drink plenty of water. 



The easiest way to control the drinking water consumed at home. My advice is: get ready on the evening, prepare water for the next day. Take the jars ( unprepossessing , but cheap and easy dosing) Prepare 2 liters of several of them and store them in different rooms or in the kitchen, that they fall into the eye, and every time you see them, remember, it's time to have a drink.




Yes yes yes , I know some people will say , but this is after all very untasty. I agree that a single oral dose of water is not always tasty, but there is a way out. Placement of natural seasoning products in the water makes it tasty. In perfect for anyone cinnamon stick, lemon, lime, ginger, fresh or frozen berries, cucumber, orange, etc. I even use herbs such as peppermint, ginkgo bilobÄ…. 

In a word, you can put anything you like. 

If you want the water to be sufficient to renew , you can chill it overnight in the refrigerator.
